Core Requirements

• Education: MD or DO + completion of Urology residency/fellowship.
• Boards: Board Certified or Eligible (if new grad, must attain within 3 years of graduation).
• Credentials: Unrestricted NH License & DEA certificate.
• Safety: CPR/AED certification (within 6 months of hire).
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Deliver full-spectrum urological care (assessment, diagnosis, and treatment).
• Efficiency: Maintain timely charting and charge capture per Core standards.
• Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and supervise mid-level providers (NPs/PAs) as needed.
• On-Call: Participate in night and weekend call rotations within the group.
